Elaine Chan established FIOH Global Asset Management and Strategies, LLC in 2011. With over 30 years of academic and professional experience in finance, Elaine is a seasoned financial expert with a talent for developing versatile investment strategies to withstand changes in the global economy.
Elaine is passionate about helping clients reach their financial goals. Her process of establishing objectives, developing mutually agreed-upon investment strategies, and implementing solutions to maximize the likelihood of achieving goals has helped many people grow their wealth.
Elaine has worked for General Motors Corporation, The World Bank, Nextel Communications, AT&T Wireless, and Cendant Corporation. She was a wealth manager at Merrill Lynch before establishing FIOH. She is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and a Certified Financial Planner.
Previously, she was a volunteer board member with the World Association of Children and Parents and the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber, and she chaired the Diversity Committee with the Bellevue Chamber. Currently, she chairs the Youth Services with the West Seattle Rotary Club, and she is an ambassador for Shelter Box, an international non-profit organization that provides emergency shelter and vital supplies globally to communities affected by humanitarian crises.
An adventurous globe trotter, Elaine might be found working from a port in Mexico, a highrise in Hong Kong, or her mountain cabin getaway in Washington.

Mona Sheung is an experienced customer-focused Chinese and English-speaking professional with a background in finance, banking, and information technology. She has been with FIOH Global Asset Management, LLC since it was founded in 2011, bringing world-class budgeting, management, and administration skills. With experience from Merrill Lynch, Nuance, Accenture, and United Commercial Bank, she has developed an exceptional ability to perform complex financial analyses while strengthening organizational and interpersonal relationships.
Mona is an avid team player committed to helping clients reach their financial goals. She and her family love playing team sports in their community in the Bay Area of California.
